Binding Address Instructions
Binding rules
An account (UID) can only be bound to an unbound withdrawal address. The bound withdrawal address cannot be bound by other accounts (UID).
After the binding is completed, the players cannot change or unbind the withdrawal address by themselfs.
Players who need to change the bound withdrawal address for special reasons, please open a ticket on the official MoonTouch Discord and give feedback to the administrator.
Binding step
Enter the Serve interface and open the player address column below.
Copy and paste the wallet address you need or link the wallet to automatically fill in the current wallet address to the game.
Please check the bound wallet address and view the binding prompt, and perform the binding operation after repeated confirmation.
After completing the binding operation, check the address of the player you bound on the Serve interface.
Rebinding
Players need to ask the administrator by ticket on the official MoonTouch Discord.
Please provide the UID in the ticket, explain the reason for rebinding, and submit relevant proof information.
MoonTouch will verify the player information and complete the unbinding operation within 7 working days, please wait patiently.
